Я тут проводила у себя во дворе party для своего отдела, - пытаюсь создать годовую традицию в отделе. Это уже второе party. В прошлом году живой музыки не было, но было караоке.

Dear co-workers,

Spring has finally decided to show up—better late than never—and that sounds like a perfect excuse to see each other somewhere that isn’t lit by fluorescent bulbs.

Rumor has it that outside the office, you’re all far more interesting than your email signatures suggest. Some of you may have hidden talents, unexpected hobbies, or even personalities. Who knew? This gathering will be our chance to confirm those theories and discover who among us is secretly a trivia champion, cocktail expert, or singing legend.

Dear NYC Legends,

We know… we know.
Crossing the Hudson can feel like applying for a passport, packing clothes, snacks, and saying goodbye to civilization. But what if we told you there’s a party so good, so worth it, that even the most loyal New Yorker would willingly venture into New Jersey?

Dear NJ Co-Habitants,

We know you’re already on “the other side of the globe,” and yes — giving up a lazy Sunday to get up and drive can feel like a heroic act. But let’s give it a try!

Dear Vegetarians,

We haven’t forgotten you! We have a couple of delicious plant-based dishes on the menu, and we’d love for you to bring your favorite as well. Bonus points if it’s so good it makes the carnivores jealous.

Join us to celebrate the season, swap your desk chair for something more fun, and expand your knowledge of your colleagues well beyond their job titles.

 

✨ Come curious. Come hungry. Bring the best party spirit you’ve got. Bring with you your favorite dish, salad or beer — and maybe this will turn into one of those memories you’ll talk about for years.

What’s on the agenda:

• 🎨A grand review of our wall mosaic murals (art critics mode: activated)

• 🥄 Red & black caviar tasting to kick things off—because clearly, we have standards

• 🎷 Live music performance (saxophone & bass) to set the mood and raise expectations

• 🎲 Funny games that may or may not expose your competitive alter ego

• 🔥 Barbecue meats (brisket on smoker with real wood!) — on us, so arrive hungry and leave impressed

• 🎤 Karaoke — also on us, where reputations will be made (or gently questioned)
